we seek a junior banking regulatory attorney admitted to practice or a jurist to handle regulatory banking and compliance issues, to incorporate and to structure Swiss, Luxembourg and Cayman Islands hedge funds, funds of funds and private equity funds, to advise on structured and corporate finance and to work on corporate matters and transactions. No specific experience required.
tax attorney
We are seeking a part-time tax lawyer with an interest and preferably a certain experience in practising in the field of international tax structure relating to collective investment schemes and group structuring.
