What does your role entail at lecocqassociate?
As a Graphic Designer, I am responsible for managing all design-related projects for our clients. I create visually appealing documents and branding materials, and I also support the marketing team by designing graphics and visuals for our website and social media.
Tell us about your academic and professional background.
I graduated from four design academies, including Picsart, which is an international brand. I have worked across different industries such as B2B and B2C, as well as in a charitable foundation and within a marketing agency. These diverse experiences gave me the opportunity to develop a wide range of design skills and adapt my creativity to different audiences and business needs.
What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement?
I consider my biggest professional achievement to be my ability to grow into a highly adaptable designer who can balance many projects simultaneously. I like taking on additional responsibilities because they challenge me to improve, and I always make sure the outcome meets the highest standards.
What is the most impactful thing you have done?
The most impactful thing I have done was contributing my skills to a charitable foundation, where my design work helped raise awareness and support for important causes. Seeing how creativity can make a real difference in people’s lives was very meaningful to me.
How many languages do you speak?
I speak English, Russian, Armenian and oui a little French.
What drives you?
What drives me is the excitement of learning and challenging myself. Every project is a chance to explore new ideas, sharpen my skills, and prove that I can go further than before.
Business aside, what do you enjoy doing when you are not in the office?
Outside the office, I’m a collector of beautiful views. Give me a rooftop pool, a sunset with a city skyline, and I’ll be the happiest person there. I’m more of a night owl, so evenings are when I feel most alive and inspired by everything visually stunning.
What is your secret talent?
My secret talent is that I am a great dancer, I took professional Latin classes for seven years.
