What does your role entail at lecocqassociate?

I am the first point of contact and responsible for correspondence between clients and lawyers. I manage the overall internal and external office coordination and administration.

Tell us about your academic and professional background.

I graduated in business management in 2013 and ran a business of my own for several years which further enhanced my technical skills in the functional areas of business and financial management.

I then took up an opportunity in financial services where I spent 4 years and worked my way up to management level.

What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement?

My work ethic – I have been recognised as the most efficient at managing projects and I’ve been the only person in my team who has been trained on things outside of what my team covers due to my strong capability of adaptation.

What is the most impactful thing you have done?

I have invested into building water wells in developing countries. It’s a great feeling of satisfaction that I am able to provide clean drinking to people.

How many languages do you speak?

I speak English and Urdu.

What drives you?

Growth, on a personal and professional level. They say every day is a school day. I love learning. I want to be able to look back and feel like I’ve grown into a better and wiser person by each day.

Business aside, what do you enjoy doing when you are not in the office?

I love going to the gym, playing any type of sport or just making last minute spontaneous plans with friends.

What is your secret talent?

I’m a very good dancer. I can make moves up on the spot.
