What does your role entail at lecocqassociate ?

I specialize in banking law, corporate finance law and corporate law.

Tell us about your academic and professional background.

I graduated with a Bachelor and Masters of Law from the University of Geneva. I also hold a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva and the certificate of advanced studies in legal professions.

I began my career in a Swiss Bank in Zurich as a compliance and regulatory officer. I then completed my traineeship in a law firm in Geneva where my practice focused around criminal and corporate law.

After passing the bar exam. I co-founded a football player management company while working in a “Big 4” company where I gained valuable experience in contractual and banking Law.

I joined lecocqassociate in October 2024.

What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement ?

Talking about my biggest professional achievement would be looking back.

I am far more focused on the future and the impact I can create. One of my long term goals is to establish a sports and academic school in Africa. This reflects my belief in the transformative power of combining sports and education, offering young people a foundation that equips them to thrive in life.

What is the most impactful thing you have done throughout your career?

One of the most impactful achievements in my career was assisting in the merger of two major Swiss banks. My role focused on managing the contracts for securities, ensuring compliance and a smooth integration of both entities' financial obligations and legal frameworks.

How many languages do you speak ?

I am fluent in French, English, Portuguese, Spanish and proficient in German and Italian.

What drives you ?

What drives me is a profound desire to be better today than I was yesterday. This constant pursuit of growth and refinement is not only for personal fulfillment but also for a greater purpose: to contribute, in my own way to making the world a little bit better each day.

As a Lawyer, this means providing ever-more insightful and effective guidance to our clients, empowering them to navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

Business aside, what do you enjoy doing when you are not in the office ?

I enjoy reading about history and geopolitics. I am also a sports enthusiast.

What is your secret talent ?

I know every national capital in the world.
