What does your role entail at lecocqassociate ?

At lecocqassociate, I practise primarily in corporate and judicial matters. I advise and assist clients on a broad range of legal issues related to the structuring, management and operation of their companies, while also representing them in contentious and pre-contentious proceedings.

My practice involves handling complex matters requiring both strategic advisory work and procedural expertise, allowing me to provide comprehensive legal support throughout the life cycle of a company, from day-to-day operations to dispute resolution.

Tell us about your academic and professional background.

I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva, as well as the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Law. In 2019, during my Master’s studies, I completed an academic exchange semester at Université Laval in Québec, Canada, which allowed me to develop a strong comparative and international legal perspective. I completed my legal traineeship within both the public sector and a Swiss law firm, where I acquired solid experience in administrative, civil and procedural matters, as well as in regulatory and legislative work.

Following my admission to the bar in 2024, I practised as an associate in a Swiss law firm, further developing a broad legal practice with a particular focus on litigation, corporate and civil law.

I joined lecocqassociate in December 2025, where I now focus on both advisory and contentious corporate matters.

What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement ?

I consider my biggest professional achievement to be the progressive development of a solid and reliable legal practice across a wide range of matters, both advisory and contentious.

At a relatively early stage of my career, increasing responsibility has allowed me to handle complex legal issues with autonomy, discretion and legal rigour. Over time, I have earned the trust of both clients and colleagues, while remaining particularly attentive to clients’ needs and constraints in order to provide practical, carefully structured and legally sound solutions.

What is the most impactful thing you have done ?

One of the most impactful experiences in my practice has been working on complex and highly sensitive matters in a challenging and high-profile context, where legal considerations were closely intertwined with reputational and strategic implications. This work required extensive factual analysis, including the careful review of a large volume of information, as well as a thorough assessment of the applicable framework, in order to develop a clear and well-reasoned position.

Working under public scrutiny and time pressure strengthened my appreciation for methodological rigour, discretion and sound judgment, which I consider essential to effective legal practice.

How many languages do you speak ?

I am a native French speaker and am fluent in English. I also have a good understanding of Italian.

What drives you ?

I am driven by a strong sense of justice and by the satisfaction of delivering work that is both thorough and carefully considered.

In my practice, I approach matters by considering the different scenarios that may arise and by anticipating potential areas of tension at an early stage. Where disputes occur, careful consideration is given to whether they can be resolved through negotiation or mediation before engaging in court proceedings. While litigation remains an essential tool, I believe that proportionate and well-structured resolution strategies often best serve clients’ long-term interests.

I am also naturally curious and enjoy learning new things. A sensitivity to environmental issues further contributes to a broader and more thoughtful perspective in my work.

Business aside, what do you enjoy doing when you are not in the office ?

Outside of work, I enjoy practising ceramics, which has the added benefit of allowing me to eat from my own tableware – a surprisingly satisfying experience. When things are a little calmer, I also enjoy reading, preferably something that offers a welcome break from legal codes and case law.

Beyond that, I devote a fair amount of time to caring for my indoor plants. What began as a modest Covid hobby has since developed a life of its own and evolved into a rather committed botanical arrangement.

What is your secret talent ?

An unusual degree of eyebrow expressiveness, which sometimes communicates more than intended.
