What are your areas of specialty?

My areas of expertise include IP law, corporate law and corporate governance, and contract drafting, white-collar crime and corporate matters, as well as contract drafting.

What kind of matters do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy advising startups and accompanying entrepreneurs in the realization of their projects. These matters touch all kind of areas - including protection of IP rights, corporate questions, contract drafting, labor and migration law -which I find particularly thrilling.

What is the most impactful work you have done throughout your career?

Since I started working at lecocqassociate, I have been assisting the team on a large white-collar crime case. Following the procedure and helping prepare and analyse the files has taught me a lot about how to handle a case.

Tell us about your academic and professional background.

I completed a Bachelor in Law at the University of Geneva in 2019. The same year, I obtained the Certificate in Transnational Law. In July 2020, I obtained the certificate of advanced studies in legal professions (Ecole d’avocature, Geneva).

From September 2019 to December 2020, I completed a Masters in General Swiss Law, also at the University of Geneva, with an exchange semester at the University of Zurich. My Master’s thesis subject was Artificial Intelligence and the challenges it brings to data protection law.

In parallel to my studies I worked as a paralegal for lecocqassociate and completed an internship at the World Intellectual Property Organization.

After completing my traineeship at lecocqassociate, I passed the bar exam in October 2022 at the first attempt and returned to the firm as a full-time associate.

How many languages do you speak?

I am fluent in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish.

What made you want to be a solicitor/lawyer?

The constant challenge and the diversity of cases we work on. Also the fact that everyday is different: we never know what we might have to work on during the day when we walk through the office door in the morning!

Business aside, what do you enjoy doing when you are not in the office?

I enjoy outdoor activities, especially running, trekking, skiing and diving. I am also very fond of art and never refuse an invitation to an exhibition.

What is your secret talent?

Climbing at least one mountain over 4,000m high every year.
